DENTON, Texas - Lindenwood gymnastics (5-2) drops their first dual meet of the season against Midwest Independence Conference opponent Texas Woman's by a final score of 194.700-194.500.
Nya Kraus led the Lions on Saturday with an overall score of 38.725.

- Hannah Moon took first during the beam portion of the dual meet with a score of 9.775. Moon also was the leader for the Lions on the bars with a score of 9.725, finishing in fourth tied with fellow Lions Savannah Newsome and Hannah Appleget.
- Gayla Griswold put up another impressive number on her floor routine after a 9.850 landed her the top score of the meet. That is her third straight meet with the top score on floor. She also posted scored of 9.600 on vault and 9.625 on beam.
- Nya Kraus had the highest all-around on Saturday after posting a 38.725. Kraus finished seventh on vault (9.700), 11th on bars (9.475), sixth on beam (9.725) and tied for second on floor (9.825). Jaly Jones also finished second in the all-around with a score of 38.125.
- Lindenwood's highest team score today was during their floor session where they posted a 48.875. They also posted the following scores on Saturday: 48.375 - vault, 48.575 - bars, 48.675 - beams.
