ROCHESTER, N.Y. – On Friday afternoon, women's ice hockey (3-12-1, 2-4-0 AHA) took on the RIT Tigers (7-7-3, 2-3-1 AHA). Lindenwood would fall to the Tigers 9-4, with Lindenwood moving to 3-13-1 on the season and 2-5-0 in AHA play. With the win, RIT moves to 8-7-0 overall and 3-3-1 in conference play.
GAME OVERVIEW
RIT would score three goals in the first period of play, all coming while even-strength. RIT's first goal would come 31 seconds into the period, on a breakaway opportunity.
