CHARLOTTE, N.C. – On Wednesday, men's lacrosse took on the Queens University of Charlotte. The Lions would fall to the Royals 8-3.
GAME OVERVIEW
In the first, goals were hard to come by with one total goal being scored. Queens would score the one and only goal in the frame at 13:40. Lindenwood would trail 1-0, going into the second quarter.
In the second quarter, Queens would score five unanswered goals in the period. After two quarters the Lions would trail Queens 6-0.
In the third quarter, Queens would score the only goal of the period at 2:08. Lindenwood would trail 7-0 going into the final quarter of play.

Ace Nichols would break the Lions scoreless drought, cutting the Royals lead to seven.
Flint Thielen at 5:10, would notch Lindenwood's second goal of the game on the man-up, bringing the score to 8-2, advantage Queens.
Evan Mason would score the final goal of the game on a man-up opportunity with 0:03 left, cutting the Lions deficit to five.
After this matchup, Lindenwood falls to 0-5 on the year.
