MARTIN, Tenn. - Lindenwood beach volleyball (12-7, 5-5 OVC) lost their final two matches of the regular season against Morehead State and UT Martin. The Lions will head into the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament as the three seed with a 5-5 conference record.

Maider Soto and
Nyah Wilson picked up one of the two wins for the Lions during their first match against Morehead State on Saturday with scores of 21-16 and 21-16 in a two set match. The duo started the weekend with a 3-0 record at the one spot.

Kailee McGee also won for the Lions during the first match of Saturday's action with scores of 21-19 and 24-22. Both the two and three pairs of

UT Martin - 5
Lindenwood - 0
In their final match of the OVC Weekend, the Lions fell to the host school by a final score of 5-0. The Skyhawks of UT Martin defeated Lindenwood both times this season to sweep the season series.
Soto and Wilson went the distance in three sets ultimately to lose by scores of 18-21, 21-18, 10-15 against UT Martin's one pair of Olivia O'Keefe and Jenna Vallee. Lindenwood set their program record with 12 wins this season.
