th meeting against the Badgers. The Lions have never defeated the Badgers, posting an 0-16 record against them. In the last matchup (September 29, 2023), the Lions fell to the Badgers 16-1.

This will be the first series of the season for Wisconsin. The Badgers were picked first in the WCHA preseason poll. In the 2023-24 season, the Badgers accumulated a record of 35-6, falling to Ohio State 1-0 in the National Championship. The Badgers return Kirsten Simms and Caroline Harvey to the lineup.
