PREVIEW
The Lions are looking for their first win in 2025 over the nationally ranked Nittany Lions. The Lion's last win came against Syracuse in November of 2024. The Lions are currently on a three-game losing streak and sit last in the AHA with eight points.
Lindenwood is 10-34-6 all-time against Penn State. Lindenwood's last win over Penn State came in the 2017-18 season. Earlier this year, the Lions played a series on the road against the Nittany Lions (Nov. 15-16, 2024), falling 3-2 in game one in overtime. In game two, Lindenwood fell 7-1. 
Penn State sits first in the AHA with 33 conference points. The Nittany Lions are on an eight-game win streak, sweeping Syracuse in their last series played. 

Key Players to Watch for the Nittany Lions:
Tessa Janecke over the weekend broke Penn State's program record in career points, with 138 (56g-82a). Janecke also leads the Nittany Lions on the season in points with 38 (17g-21a). On the opposite side of the puck, Katie DeSa has registered an 18-4-0 record in between the pipes, boasting six shutouts. DeSa has also recorded a .934 save percentage, stopping 442 shots, and accumulating a 1.4 goals against average.
