Lindenwood Softball has officially signed six players to their 2027 roster on National Signing Day. The Lions are bringing in two pitchers and four position players as apart of their most recent recruiting class.
"This is a strong and balanced class, and we're really excited about the potential each of these student-athletes brings to our program." said head coach
Erin Brown. "They represent a great mix of talent, versatility, and character—qualities that align perfectly with the culture we're building at Lindenwood. We can't wait to see their growth and the impact they'll make on our program in the years ahead."
Myah Briggs | C | New Bloomfield, MO.
Myah Briggs attends New Bloomfield High School in New Bloomfield, Missouri. Aside from softball, Briggs is a part of National Honors Society, along with the Student Council. She currently is a 3x All-State Athlete, 3x All-Conference and 1x Conference Offensive Player of the Year as well as a 2x State Qualifier in track.

Shea Splittorff | OF | Leawood, KS.
"We're excited to welcome Shea Splittorff to the Lindenwood softball program. Shea is a talented right-handed outfielder who is a solid defender with a strong arm and provides gap-to-gap offensive potential at the plate. Shea will add depth to our program and continue to strengthen our overall team dynamic." -Coach Brown on Splittorff.
Maddie Oakley | UTIL | Edmond, OK.
Maddie has played softball in Texas, Florida, Virginia, and now Oklahoma. Some of the teams she's played for includes High Intensity, Orion Hunter Elite, Virginia Unity, and Epic National.
"We're thrilled to welcome Maddie Oakley to Lindenwood. Maddie comes from a strong program at Deer Creek and has consistently competed at a high level in the summer with her select team. She brings athleticism and valuable experience against top competition, and she will add great depth to our program. Saydie Miller | INF | New Palestine, IN
Through two seasons at New Palestine High School, Miller has appeared in 54 games hitting .250 in 143 plate appearances. Saydie has knocked in 32 runs on 31 hits over her last two seasons.
"We're looking forward to the impact Saydie Miller will make within our program. Saydie is a strong, skilled infielder who moves well and plays with great presence. Offensively, she's a confident right-handed hitter with the ability to drive the ball to all parts of the field. She's a competitor who fits perfectly with our culture and the direction of our program." -Coach Brown on Miller.
Bella Trim | P | Columbia, MO.
In 2024, Bella pitched 126.2 innings and finished with a record of 14- 2 in travel ball. She went 7/7 on save opportunities and struck out 227. As a Sophomore, she achieved 1st Team All-District, 1st Team All-Region, and 2nd Team All-Conference, and was also awarded MVP of her High School team. During her Junior year, Trim pitched a complete game shutout to help her team win the class 4 State Championship and was awarded 1st Team All-State. She pitched 142.1 innings as a Junior, going 15-5 with 271 K's.

She's proven herself as one of the top pitchers in Missouri, and her All-State recognition reflects her dedication and consistency. Kate Landewee | P | Kearney, MO.
Kate Landewee attends Kearney High School and as a Freshman, she was First Team All Conference, First Team All-District, First Team All-Region, and Second Team All State. Her team won the Missouri Class 4 State championship that year as Landewee pitched a perfect game in the Conference championship game. During her Sophomore year, she was named to her second straight All-Conference and All-District First Teams.

Kate combines poise and stoicism with true power on the mound, allowing her to control tempo and challenge hitters with confidence. Her success at Kearney and All-State recognition speak volumes about her talent and work ethic.
