Lindenwood student-athletes continued their academic success during the Fall semester of 2025. The student-athletes across Lindenwood's 22 NCAA Division I sports combined for a 3.49 GPA which is an overall semester high for the department.

"I couldn't be more proud of our student-athletes for setting an all-time GPA average of 3.49, with every single team above a 3.0," said Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics Jason Coomer. "This achievement is a true testament to our unwavering expectation that academics come first in our department—non-negotiable and foundational to who we are."

All 22 programs posted above a 3.0, while 14 programs earned a 3.5 or better. Overall, 166 student-athletes earned a 4.0 during the fall semester. Women's lacrosse had 20 individuals garner a 4.0 while football and women's soccer had 17. Six programs had double-digit student-athletes earn a 4.0.

Women's golf and women's lacrosse led the way achieving a 3.88 and 3.87 GPA, respectively. Women's soccer was close behind with a 3.81, followed by women's tennis (3.78), softball (3.72), and women's volleyball (3.69).

Baseball led the way on the men's side with a 3.75, which included 15 players with a 4.0. Hockey came in just behind them with a 3.64 and nine student-athletes with a 4.0.

The following are the top 10 teams with the highest GPA in the Fall semester: Women's golf (3.88), women's lacrosse (3.87), women's soccer (3.81), women's tennis (3.78), baseball (3.75), softball (3.72), women's cross country (3.70), women's volleyball (3.69), men's hockey (3.64), beach volleyball (3.62).
