Men’s Ice Hockey Drops Game One to LIU 4-2

EAST MEADOW, N.Y. – On Thursday night, men's ice hockey took on the LIU Sharks. The Lions would drop game one to the Sharks, falling 4-2.

GAME OVERVIEW
14:07 into the period, the 0-0 tie would be broken by the Sharks, with LIU scoring while on the powerplay. With 1:21 left in the period, Tyler Loughman would tie the contest up at 1-1, scoring on a breakaway opportunity. The contest would remain tied at 1-1 at the end of the period. In the frame, Lindenwood would find four shots on net. Owen Bartoszkiewicz would stop six shots in net for the Lions in the period.
