The Ohio Valley Conference announced the first matchup of its 2025-26 ESPN basketball schedule which includes the Lindenwood Men's Basketball team. The contest will feature Lindenwood at Southeast Missouri on Thursday, January 15 at 8 p.m. CT and will air on ESPNU. This marks the first time that the Lions will appear on the national stage during the Division I Era.

For the fourth-straight year the League is utilizing a Wild Card selection process to determine the linear ESPN broadcasts, with selections determined and announced approximately two weeks before the competition date to ensure the best matchups.

The full schedule includes eight total men's basketball games (five regular season contests and three OVC Tournament games) that will appear on one of the linear ESPN networks during the season. The five regular season games will air on ESPNU.

Lindenwood currently sits in first place in the Ohio Valley Conference with a record of 3-0. They are the only undefeated team remaining in the OVC for the 2025-26 season and will be back in action tomorrow afternoon as they host Southern Indiana at 3:30 p.m. For ticket information, please click here.
