The Lindenwood men's hockey team heads to the North Star State this weekend for a pair of face offs against No. 5 Minnesota-Duluth. Friday will mark the first ever meeting between the two programs. Saturday's game will be broadcast locally on Matrix Midwest.Â
Last Time Out
The Lions split their two-game set against Canisius last time out, taking a 5-2 win on Friday before falling 4-3 on Saturday.
In Friday's contest, LU faced a 1-0 deficit before rattling off four goals in the second period to surge ahead for good. Eight Lindenwood skaters registered points in the contest, led by
Louis-Philippe Fontaine with a goal and an assist.
