The Lindenwood men's golf team finished in sixth place at the Arkansas State Invitational with a team score of 887.

OVERVIEW
The Lions opened the tournament shooting 291 as a team, led by Francisco Gavilan Fernandez who carded a two under 70 with the help of five birdies, four of which came on the front nine. Ludvig Behring came in just behind him with a 73. He was one of two Lions with an eagle during the opening round along with Jan Wdowka who registered a 74. Rounding out the lineup was Samuel Bergenstein with a 78.

In round two, Lindenwood compiled a team score of 300, paced by Wdowka with a three-under 69, which included six birdies. He was one of two Lions under par in the second round along with Gavilan who finished with a two under 71. Behring and Bergensten each shot 80 as did Own Shy as an individual. Santiago Juesas Benet carded an 82. After two rounds, the Lions sat in seventh place, two shots back of third.

Lindenwood finished the tournament shooting 296 as a team, led by Behring who fired a season low round of 70, which vaulted him 16 spots up the leaderboard. Wdowka closed out his week with an even-par 72 with the help of five birdies, Gavilan compiled six birdies on his way to a 76. Juesas and Bergenstein rounded out the lineup with a 76 and 78, respectively.
