Lindenwood:
Records- Holds the third-fastest 100 breaststroke (56.38) and 200 breaststroke (2:03.71) times in school history, and had the fourth-fastest times in the 200 IM (1:51.79) and 400 IM (4:04.49).

2014-15- Honorable menton after finishing 14th in the 400 IM at nationals ... named All-Conference after finishing 6th in the 100 breast and being part of the relay to win the the RMAC ... named the team's Most Improved Athlete.

2013-14- An all-conference swimmer … finished fourth at the conference meet in the 100 and 200 breaststrokes, and was sixth in the 200 IM … also scored for the team as a member of the 200 free, 200 medley, and 400 medley relays.

2012-13- Top-five in 400 freestyle relay at Northern Sun Conference Championships  ... second in 200 IM (1:52.34) ... first in 200 medley relay (1:31.49) ... second in 200 breaststroke (2:04.42).

2011-12- Team’s Most Improved Swimmer ... placed first in the 200 breast (2:06.15) at the Liberal Arts Championships ... second in 100 breaststroke (58.18) ... fourth in 200 IM (1:55.15).

Personal:
Son of Aldis and Ineta Plots ... has a sibling, Artis ... majoring in computer science.
