Lindenwood:
2016- During the indoor season, competed in the shot put and weight throw … had season-best marks of 15.21 in the shot put and 13.65 in the weight throw … had his best overall finish of fourth in the shot put at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge … at the MIAA Indoor Championships, finished 10th in the shot put and 15th in the weight throw … won three javelin titles during the outdoor season at the Billiken Invitational, SIU-Edwardsville Gateway Invitational, and the Truman State Quad meet … had outdoor season-best marks of 55.96m in the javelin, 39.85m in the hammer, and 14.58m in the shot put … finished 12th at the MIAA Outdoor Championships in the javelin.
 
Lindenwood Football:
A member of the Lindenwood football team from 2013-2015 … after redshirting the 2013 season, played in eight games as a freshman in 2014, and two games as a sophomore in 2015 … in his career, collected eight tackles and 2.0 tackles for loss.
 
High School:
An all-state athlete in track and field after finishing fourth in the state shot put competition … sixth in school history in the javelin … an all-conference and all-metro performer in football … set a school record with 11 sacks as a junior … as a senior, recorded 55 tackles, three sacks, and a fumble recovery.
 
Personal:
The son of Renee and Steve Armstrong … a business administration major.
