2012-2013- Finished 20th at the MIAA Indoor Championships in the 5,000m ... came in 12th at the MIAA Outdoor Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase ... recorded the eighth-fastest time in school history in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 9:53.09 ... a member of the second-fastest 4xMile relay team in school history.

2011-12 - Competed in all five cross country events ... personal best was at the St. Louis Fall Classic finishing 13th overall and 1st on the team in 27:01 ... also participated in distance events during track season.

2010-11 - Participated in four cross country events, finishing 11th at the Maryville 8k Classic in 29:42 and 15th at the HAAC Championship in 27:19 ... performed in the long-distance track events at the Saluki Open placing 17th in the one-mile run at 4:35.45 and 14th in the 3,000m run at 9:14.47 ... Finished third at Illinois Wesleyan's Titan Open in the 3000m run ... placed fourth in the 1500m run for the ASCIS/CMU Breast Cancer Awareness Invitational ... recorded a third place finish at the Illinois College's True Blue Open for the 1500m run.
