2018 – An indoor national qualifier and all-conference and all-region performer during the indoor campaign ... at the NCAA Division II Championships, competed in the 1,500m and came in tenth with a time of 1:53.04 ... earned all-MIAA honors as a member of the second-place distance medley relay team ... had the fastest qualifying time at the conference indoor meet in the 800m, and also finished 23rd in the mile ... won two individual races and two relay races during the indoor season ... had top indoor times of 1:53.04 in the 800m, 4:16.84 in the mile, and 8:48.09 in the 3,000m ... won six races in the outdoor season, with four being individual races ... at the MIAA Outdoor Championships, finished eighth in the 800m, 21st in the 1,500m, and was a member of the seventh-place 4x400 relay team ... helped the distance medley relay team win the college division of the Drake Relays ... won the college 1,500m race at the Kansas Relays ... had top outdoor times of 48.83 in the 400m, 1:51.62 in the 800m, and 3:56.05 in the 1,500m ... named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District team ... a MIAA Scholar-Athlete, a USTFCCCA All-Academic performer, and was named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2017 – Competed in one event during the indoor season … had a season-best time of 4:45.69 in the mile … in the outdoor season, won the 1500m at the Washington Invitational, and had two other top-three showings … at the MIAA Outdoor Championships, finished 11th in the 800m and 19th in the 1500m, and was also a member of the seventh-place 4x400 relay team … had season-best times of 1:53.61 in the 800m, and 4:02.73 in the 1500m ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

High School:
Holds the state record in the mile and 5,000m...state champion in 2015 in the 800m...state champion in 2014 in the 1,500m and 5,000m....state cross country champion in 2013 and 2015...top-10 at nationals in the 2015 800m (8th) and 2014 1,500m (5th)...had season-best times of 11.73 in the 100m, 22.9 in the 200m, 49.8 in the 400m, 1:54.8 in the 800m, 3:58 in the 1,500m, 4:21 in the mile, 8:49.07 in the 3,000m, and 15;46.3 in the 5,000m.
