2017- An all-region long jumper in the outdoor season ... at the MIAA Indoor Championships, finished fifth in the long jump, and was a member of the fifth-place 4x400 relay team ... had a NCAA provisional mark of 7.27m in the long jump, and also had a season-high of 6.91m in the 60m and 22.29 in the 200m ... at the MIAA Outdoor Championships, finished sixth in the long jump ... also finished ninth in the 100m, and was a member of the eighth-place 4x100 relay team and seventh-place 4x400 relay team ... had a NCAA provisional mark of 7.39m in the long jump, and also had season-highs of 10.72 in the 100m ... won 12 titles during the year, including five long jump crowns.

2016- National Qualifier … all-conference … competed in two indoor events … was runner-up in the long jump at the Principia Relays … had season-best mark of 6.83 in the long jump … won the long jump title at the Billiken Kickoff, Washington Mini Meet, Billiken Invitational, and Truman State Quad … finished third at the MIAA Outdoor Championships in the long jump … was also fifth in the 4x100 relay and seventh in the 4x400 relay … qualified for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships … finished 15th in the long jump … had season-best outdoor marks of 11.19 in the 100m and 7.43m in the long jump ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
 
2015- National qualifier … all-conference … won the indoor long jump title at the Principia Relays, Jim Green Invitational, and Missouri Collegiate Championships … at the MIAA Indoor Championships, finished fifth in the long jump, 15th in the 60m, and was a member of the ninth-place 4x440 relay team … had season-best indoor marks of 6.95 in the 60m, 23.41 in the 200m, and 7.05 in the long jump … during the outdoor season, won the long jump at the Rhodes Invitational, Lindenwood Invitational, Greenville Select Invitational, and Jim Duncan Invitational … a member of the first-place 4x100 relay at the Lindenwood Invitational and Jim Duncan Invitational, and of the first-place 4x400 relay at the Greenville Invitational … finished seventh in the long jump at the Kansas Relays and competed in relays at both the Kansas and Drake Relays … at the MIAA Championships, earned all-conference after runner-up finishes in the long jump and the 4x100 relay, and was a member of the sixth-place 4x400 relay … a national qualifier in the long jump, and finished 12th at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships … had season-best outdoor marks of 10.93 in the 100m, 22.26 in the 200m, and 7.63m in the long jump ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
 
High School:
Awarded The Fotheringham-Edwards trophy, awarded to the Sportsman of the Year in 2012 ... given the Victor Ladrioum Trophy for the most individual wins in the 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters, and long jump in 2012 ... set school record in the long jump at 6.48 meters.
