2017 Cross Country- Competed in all six events ... finished among the top five on the team at the Southern Stampede ... came in 74th at the MIAA Championships and 145th at the NCAA Regionals ... had a season-best mark of 28:43 in an 8,000m race.

2017 Track and Field- Competed in five indoor meets ... member of the 4x400 relay team which took first place at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge ... at the MIAA Indoor Championships, finished 12th in the 800m ... his top indoor times were 1:18.63 in the 600-yard and 1:58.38 in the 800m ... won two first-place relay crowns during the outdoor season, including the distance medley race at the Drake Relays ... at the MIAA Outdoor Championships, placed 12th in the 800m, and was a member of the seventh-place 4x400 relay team ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2016 Cross Country- Competed in three meets … came in 82nd at the MIAA Championships and 135th at the NCAA South Regional … had season-best times of 27:52 in the 8,000m and 34:45 in the 10,000m.
 
2016 Track and Field- Won the indoor distance medley relay event at the Principia Relays … at the MIAA Indoor Championships, finished 14th in the 800m, and was a member of the seventh-place distance medley relay team and the ninth-place 4x400 team … had indoor season-best times of 1:10.13 in the 500m, 1:26.42 in the 600m, and 2:00.82 in the 800m … was a member of the runner-up 4x400 team at the Billiken Kickoff … at the MIAA Outdoor Championships, finished 22nd in the 800m … had season-best times of 52.56 in the 400m, 1:58.48 in the 800m, and 4:16.93 in the 1500m.
 
2015 Cross Country- Ran in three meets … finished 70th at the MIAA Championships and 147 at the NCAA South Regional … had season-best times of 27:23 in the 8,000m and 34:41 in the 10,000m.
 
High School:
State qualifier in the 800m and 4x400 relay during his senior season … a member of the school-record 4x400 relay which had a time of 3:25.25 … had a personal-best time of 1:59.33 in the 800m.
