Karmin Macedo was added to the women’s rugby staff as an assistant coach in August 2018. She comes to Lindenwood with over 10 years of playing experience.
Macedo is from Fallbrook, California and has played for numerous teams including Fallbrook Girls Rugby, the So-Cal Griffins, Scion Rugby, Atavus, Old Blue, and the San Diego Surfers. She was a member of Team Mexico at the World Cup Sevens in the summer of 2018.
Macedo also played for Notre Dame College and served as an assistant coach for the varsity and junior varsity Falcons programs at the same time. She earned a degree in Finance from there in May 2018.
In addition to her coaching duties, Macedo will also pursue a master’s degree at Lindenwood.
