Lindenwood University Athletics

Prior to arriving at Lindenwood University, Holmes attended Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Mo., where he received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2016. At Rockhurst, Holmes was a member of the men's tennis team and captain for the inaugural Hawks Lacrosse team during his junior and senior seasons.

Before enrolling at Rockhurst University, Holmes attended Hazelwood Central High School in Florissant, Mo. While at Hazelwood Central, Holmes competed on the varsity tennis and football squads.

As a member of the varsity tennis team, Holmes helped lead the Central Hawks to successive conference titles in 2009 to 2011.

On the gridiron, Holmes was a member of two MSHSAA State Championship squads during the 2009 and 2010 seasons.

Holmes was born in Silver Spring, Md., and raised in Florissant, Mo. He is the son of Mark Holmes and Deborah Sahadeo.
