Lindenwood Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Dominate Rose-Hulman Relays

It was a dominating performance for the Lindenwood men's and women's swimming and diving team this weekend at the Rose-Hulman relays. The Lions finished in first place in 20 of 26 events and finished first overall in both the men's and women's competition.

The men finished with 188 points which was 50 more than the second place team, Rose-Hulman. It was much of the same on the ladies side as the Lady Lions scored 154 points, 82 points ahead of Hannibal-LaGrange.

Lindenwood started off the relay winning the first 13 out of 14 events. The Lions would win the men's and women's 300 yard butterfly, both 300 yard breast stroke relays, men's and women's 200, 800, 500 and 1500 yard free relays and the 400 yard individual medley in both divisions.

The meet win was the first of the year for the Lions and will next compete against Hannibal- LaGrange and St. Louis University at the Rec-Plex next Saturday afternoon.
