The Lindenwood Lions soccer team fell to the William Jewell Cardinals 1-0 in the semifinal of the HAAC Tournament on Thursday night in Liberty, Mo.

The first half would end with neither team netting a goal. After the first 45 minutes both teams combined for just seven shots.

The second half was much of the same until late in the final half. With just eight minutes remaining William Jewell was able to sneak one by Lindenwood goalie Victor Francoz. The goal was the only one of the game and the home team held on and advanced to the finals with the 1-0 win.

 Lindenwood ends the 2010 season with a record of 13-6-1.
