Storyline
Lindenwood's senior class will play its final regular season home game at Hunter Stadium this Saturday when the No. 5 Lions face Graceland at 1:30 p.m.
Among this year's senior class are three Lions that have been with Lindenwood for all four years of their collegiate career. Over those four years, the Lions are 41-6 and they have won two conference championships. With two more wins in the regular season, it will also become the first class to advance to the NAIA National Championship Series all four seasons.
Lindenwood will enter the game as the NAIA's number one team in scoring offense, as the Lions average 54.1 points a game. That unit will be tested by Graceland's defense which is second nationally in opponent third-down conversion and third in pass defense.
The Lions defense allowed over 20 points for just the third time last week in the team's 40-24 victory over Benedictine. Lindenwood will look to avoid that this week against a Graceland offense that is averaging just 15.2 points and 207.3 yards of offense a game.
Graceland comes into the game with a 1-8 record and it has lost six straight, including a loss to Culver-Stockton last week.

- be Graceland's first win in Hunter Stadium.
- be Graceland's first win in the series since 2003.
