Kayleigh Harrower scored three times in the second half Saturday afternoon to lead the Lindenwood field hockey team to a 3-1 come from behind win over visiting Hendrix.
Lindenwood controlled tempo early in the first half, but failed to convert on any of its opportunities. At the 24-minute mark, Hendrix scored on a shot by Katie Schaiff.
The score would remain 1-0 for the rest of the period, and early into the second half. Harrower scored her first goal at the 49-minute mark to even the score. Shortly after, she scored again to give the Lady Lions a 2-1 advantage. With less than five minutes remaining, Harrower scored off a rebound to complete the hat trick.
Julianne Sutton got the victory in goal, stopping one shot. Lindenwood outshot Hendrix 19-7, and held a 7-4 advantage in corner attempts.
Lindenwood (1-2) will travel to DePauw (Ind.) tomorrow for a 1:00 p.m. contest.
