The Lindenwood men's volleyball team ended its regular season on a winning note, beating Quincy on its home court 3-2 on Thursday night. The Lions won with scores of 19-25, 25-19, 25-20, 20-25, and 15-11.
Lindenwood had three players that recorded double-digit kills.
Mike Warren led with 14, followed by
JM Plummer with 13 and
Taylor Morrill with 10. Assisting on those kills were
Mike Larson with 31 assists and
Carson Grissinger supplying 15. On the defensive side,
Luke Knowlson registered 10 blocks, while Corey Buehler gathered 12 digs and Morrill added 11.
The Lions end their regular season with a 21-8 overall record and a 10-2 conference record to take home the MAMVIC West regular-season title. Lindenwood will begin its run in the MAMVIC tournament on April 1st.
