Men's Lacrosse Falls In Final Home Game

Box Score Wheeling Jesuit spoiled Senior Day for the Lindenwood men's lacrosse team. The Lions lost to the Cardinals by an 11-6 margin on Saturday at Hunter Stadium.

Josh Arras led Lindenwood with two goals and an assist. Greg Cameron also scored twice and Carter McCracken had two assists. Other goals came from Grame Hossack and Brandon LenzAndrew Peterson had an assist in the contest.

Hossack led the defense with nine groundballs. Andy Kihn and John Pettis each had two caused turnovers. Dan Ashlock played the majority of the game in goal and made six saves.

Prior to the game, Lindenwood honored seven seniors in Kyle O'Donnell, Julian Barnes, Jordan McKay, Jake Crews, Will DelGrosso, James Spink, and Ric Wilson.

Lindenwood falls to 7-6 on the season. The Lions will have a home scrimmage on Tuesday evening against Mizzou.
