Box Score The Lindenwood men's volleyball dropped a five-set match to Missouri Baptist for the second time in 2013 on Tuesday night in St. Louis. The Lions fell by scores of 25-14, 25-19, 23-25, 23-25, and 15-10.

Lindenwood couldn't contain Missouri Baptist's offense which hit .387 for the match. The Spartans also had 10 service aces in the game, eight more than the Lions. Lindenwood did have the edge in blocks by a 12-7 margin.

The Lions offense hit .261 for the match led by their top two middle hitters. Logan Jarus and Scott Siwicki combined for 15 kills and hit .400. Jarus also led the team with five blocks and tied for the team-high with four digs. Kyle Overby led Lindenwood in total kills with 14.

Lindenwood goes to 16-8 on the season after the match. The Lions return home this weekend for MIVA matches against Lewis and Loyola-Chicago.
