Box Score The Lions Baseball team lost the final game of the three-game series against Emporia State on Monday by a score of 11-0.

Emporia State was able to get a run in every inning except for the sixth while the Lions could not find a way to get a run across the plate.

Colton Moore had two hits on the day and Kyle Nelson had his first hit of the year with a pinch-hit single.

Lindenwood falls to 5-8 on the year with a 5-4 record in the MIAA.  The Lions will be in action on Saturday when they host Central Oklahoma for a three-game series.  Saturday is a doubleheader that is set to start at 1:00 p.m. at the Lou Brock Sports Complex in St. Charles, Mo.
