Box Score The Lindenwood field hockey team lost Sunday morning to No. 3 Bloomsburg 5-0. 

This was the second game over the weekend for the Lady Lions.  Bloomsburg is the third top-five team that Lindenwood has gone against this season.

The Lady Lions fell behind early in the game conceding a goal six minutes in.  This was followed by another Bloomsburg tally to make it 2-0 at the half. 

Lindenwood gave up an early second half goal to seemingly put the game out of reach.

The Lady Lions were able to notch six shots with two of them on goal against the Huskies.

The loss brought the team's record to 1-3.  Next on the schedule is the team's home opener against Ball State Sept. 21 at Hunter Stadium.
