Box Score In the first-ever meeting between the men's volleyball programs at Lindenwood and McKendree, the Lions were victorious by a 3-0 score on Tuesday night in Lebanon, Ill. Lindenwood won the match by scores of 25-21, 25-16, and 25-17.

Lindenwood dominated every aspect of the match, especially offensively. The Lions hit .447 for the night, and they were over .500 through two sets. Defensively, they recorded five more blocks and held McKendree under .100 hitting.

Colin Hackworth led Lindenwood with 14 kills, followed by
Michael Adams with 11. Those two players combined to hit just under .600 for the match.
Kyle Overby finished with eight kills and
Scott Siwicki had seven.

Other team leaders were
Tim Schmidt with 35 assists, Hackworth with three service aces and four blocks, and Adams with five digs.

Lindenwood improves to 12-4 on the season. The Lions will host the No. 1 team in NCAA Division I-II on Friday night when Loyola Chicago comes to Hyland Arena for a 7 p.m. match.
