The Lady Lions won three games and lost one at the Miami (Ohio) Water Polo Invitational March 15-16 in Oxford, Ohio.

Lindenwood was able to get the best of the host team, stopping the Redhawks 15-2 in the first game of the event for both squads.

The Lady Lions tried to avenge their only loss of the season so far against the University of Michigan, but the Wolverine defense prevailed again with a 6-1 score. Lindenwood fell to Michigan 9-1 back in early February.

The Lady Lions bounced back on Sunday with two wins, defeating Ohio University 16-6, then following it with an 11-10 overtime victory against a combined Michigan A and B squad.

Lindenwood improved to 17-2 overall for the season. After a weekend off, the Lady Lions return to the pool for the University of Notre Dame Irish Invitational March 28-30 in South Bend, Ind.
