Box Score The Lindenwood men's volleyball team struggled offensively in a four-set loss to No. 11 Lewis. The Lions fell 25-19, 19-25, 25-20, and 25-19.
The Lions were held under .200 hitting for just the second time this season after Lewis had 12 blocks and 33 digs. Lindenwood had one good offensive set in its second set victory. The team was .464 for that set with 14 kills and just one error in 28 attempts.
Three Lions had double-figures points on the night led by
Kyle Overby who had 14. Overby had 13 kills and two block assists.
Colin Hackworth finished with 13 points, including 11 kills, an ace, and two block assists.
Scott Siwicki had 10 points with six kills, two service aces, a solo block, and two block assists.
Lindenwood falls to 19-9 overall and 4-8 in the MIVA. The Lions end the regular season next weekend with matches at Ball State and IPFW.
