Box Score Opening the season against the number one team in the country is always a difficult task. Millersville proved to be as difficult as advertised handing Lindenwood a 6-0 defeat in the opening game of the season.

Lindenwood managed only four shots during the game offensively. Victoria Gil collected seven saves, but it proved to not be enough for the Lady Lions to pull off the upset.
