Lindenwood men's and women's swimming and diving hosted Missouri S&T, Saint Louis University, and Delta State on Saturday afternoon, outscoring each team in a dual meet format.
Preseason RMAC Swimmer of the Year
Ewa Dymarek was on display again winning the 100 breast with a time of 1:05.35, and finished second in the 200 IM at 35.55.
Alecia McGillivray won the 500 free at a time of 5:04.51, and also placed second in the 1000 free.
Hannah Vinyard finished second in two events: the 100 butterfly and 200 free.
The 800 free relay team also edged out Delta State by less than four-tenths of a second.
As a team, the women outscored Delta State by 53 points, Saint Louis by 88, and Maryville by 204.
For the men,
Mateusz Pacholczyk won the 100 breast with a time of 26.44, less than a quarter-second from the second-place finisher.
In the 200 free,
Austin Olivares finished fourth behind teammates
Gustavo Silva Santa and
Cristian Vasquez.
Felix Eigel won the 200 IM and finished third in the 100 back.
On the diving side,
David Cochran finished second with a total score of 254.85 in the 3m.
As a team, the men outscored Maryville by 217, Missouri S&T by 179.5, Saint Louis by 129, and Delta State by 52.
Lindenwood will host the next meet on November 14 at the St. Peters Rex-plex at 12 p.m. when Maryville, Missouri-St. Louis, and Lindenwood-Belleville visit town.
