Saturday's Game At A Glance• The Lindenwood men's basketball team is off to its best start since the 2012-13 season, and it will look to match the start of that team on Saturday afternoon when it travels to Missouri-St. Louis for a 3 p.m. game against the Tritons.
• Lindenwood is 3-0 on the season after defeating Maryville by an 82-66 score on Wednesday. The Lions outscored the Saints by eight points in each half on the way to winning its home opener.
• Missouri-St. Louis is 1-2 on the year after knocking off Fontbonne on Wednesday night by a 77-59 score. The Tritons opened the season with two losses to Ferris State and Grand Valley State at the GLVC-GLIAC Challenge.
• Lindenwood is just 1-7 all-time against Missouri-St. Louis, and it is 0-6 on the road against the Tritons. The two teams have met just once since the Lions moved to the NCAA level, with Missouri-St. Louis winning by an 83-77 score last year in St. Charles.
• This Saturday's game is the second of four straight contests for Lindenwood against members of the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC). Last year, the Lions were 2-2 in matchups against the GLVC.
Lindenwood Notes•
Zachary Biggs had the top offensive game of his career against Maryville. Biggs came off the bench and scored 15 points. He was seven-of-seven from the field in the game. The game marked the second time in his career that he scored in double-figures.

Brad Newman and Cory Arensten have both scored in double-figures in every game this year. Newman has at least 15 in every contest, with a season-high of 18 versus Southern Nazarene. Arensten has scored over 20 points in two straight games, including a career-high of 36 against Southern Nazarene. Arensten has been the team's leading scorer in every game this season.

Stanislas Heili collected his second double-double of the season versus Maryville. Last season, the Lions had just four double-doubles as a team. On the season, he is averaging 10.3 points and 11.0 rebounds a game.

Cory Arentsen was named the MIAA co-Player of the Week on Monday after his performance in the Southwestern Oklahoma State Classic. He averaged 27.0 points and 7.5 rebounds a game, and shot 67.7 percent from the field, and seven-of-10 from three-point range. Arentsen was especially impressive down the stretch of the Southern Nazarene, scoring 17 points in the final 9:30 of the game, helping the Lions overcome an 18-point deficit.
• Lindenwood leads the MIAA in free-throw percentage with a .792 mark.
Cory Arentsen is a perefct 12-of-12 from the free-throw line this year, and he has made 17 straight going back to last season.
• The Lions also rank first in the conference with a .526 field-goal percentage, and they are third in the MIAA with a .396 three-point percentage.
• The Lions currently rank fifth in the MIAA in rebounding margin with a +5.0 mark.
Stanislas Heili leads the team in boards. He has grabbed 23.3 percent of the possible rebounds when he is on the court, including 28.1 percent on the defensive side of the court.
