This Week's Games At A Glance• The Lindenwood men's basketball team starts a busy stretch of MIAA games this week. The Lions will play four games over a nine-day period before Christmas. Every game will be at home including Saturday's contest against Northeastern State and Monday's game versus Central Oklahoma.
• The Lions won their conference opener last weekend with a 78-73 victory over Lincoln. Lindenwood held Lincoln to 20 points below its season scoring average, and the Blue Tigers shot just 37.3 percent from the field and 25 percent from three-point range for the game.
• Northeastern State will come to St. Charles with a 1-5 overall record and a 0-2 MIAA mark. The RiverHawks have lost four straight, including conference games to Pittsburg State and Missouri Southern.
• Central Oklahoma is currently 4-4 overall and 0-2 in the MIAA prior to Saturday's game at Lincoln. The Bronchos also lost to Pittsburg State and Missouri Southern in conference play.
• Lindenwood is 3-2 all-time against Northeastern State, including an 86-65 setback last year in Tahlequah, Okla. The Lions are 2-3 all-time against Central Oklahoma. Last year, the Bronchos won the matchup by a 93-70 margin in Edmond, Okla.
Lindenwood Notes• Lindenwood's has held five of its seven opponents below their current scoring average, and in three of those contests the opponent was held to over 10 points below their current scoring average.
• The Lions rank third in the MIAA in scoring defense by allowing 70.7 points a game. The team is second by holding opponents to a 41.2 percent field-goal percentage.
• Lindenwood ranks third in NCAA Division II by committing just 14.7 fouls a contest. It has committed fewer fouls than its opponents in every game but one this year, and it has shot more free throws than its opponents in all seven contests.
• The Lions rank in the top-five in the MIAA in every shooting category. Lindenwood is fourth in field-goal percentage, fifth in three-point percentage, and first in free-throw percentage.
• Lindenwood is 25th in NCAA Division II with a 76.7 free-throw percentage.
• The Lions rank 49th nationally with 4.1 blocks a game. They have blocked at least four shots in every game this season but one.
• Lindenwood is 52nd nationally in rebounding margin. It has only been outrebounded one time.
• The Lions are 5-0 this season when scoring 75 or more points, and 0-2 when they are held below that mark.

Cory Arentsen is fourth in the MIAA with 20.9 points a game. He is on pace to have the sixth-highest scoring average in Lindenwood history, and the highest average since the 2004-05 season.

Stanislas Heili is one of three players in the MIAA averaging a double-double with 10.7 points and 10.3 rebounds a game. He currently ranks 22nd in the nation in rebounding and 15th in blocks.

Brad Newman is the only Lion to score over 10 points in every game this season. He has made at least four field goals in every game but one.
• Zach Biggs is averaging 12.3 points at home this season. He is shooting 69 percent from the field at Hyland Arena.

LJ McIntosh has been the team's hot hand off the bench in recent games. Over the last three contests, he is avearging 8.3 points a game, and is shooting 50 percent from the field and 55 percent from three-point range.
• Lindenwood is 5-0 this season when having a higher field-goal percentage than its opponent, and 0-2 when having a lower field-goal percentage.
A Look At This Week's Opponents• Northeastern State is one of the top offenses in the MIAA with 83.2 points a game, but it is allowing 89.3 points a contest.
• The RiverHawks top scorers are Dakota Caudill and Trey Mohair who are both averaging 14.2 points a game. Caudill also leads the the team with 6.0 rebounds a game, and Mohair has a team-high 4.3 assists a contest.
• Central Oklahoma opened the season with three straight wins, but has since lost four of five contests. The Bronchos are averaging 75.3 points a game, and allowing 73.9 points a contest.
• Three players are averaging double-figure points in Kendahl Amerson, Cornell Neal, and Garen Wright.
