Friday's Game At A Glance
• The Lindenwood men's basketball team starts a five-game homestand this Friday when it hosts Hannibal-LaGrange in a non-conference matchup. The two teams will take the Hyland Arena floor for a 7 p.m. tipoff. The game will count statistically for the Lions, but will be an exhibition contest for the Trojans.

• Lindenwood returns home after going 2-2 during its trip to Canada. The Lions, who were playing shorthanded during the trip, lost two close games against Simon Fraser, but picked up wins over Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association schools Douglas and Langara.

• Hannibal-LaGrange is 4-1 on the season, and has won three straight contests. The Trojans are 0-3 this season in exhibition games against NCAA schools, losing to Southeast Missouri, Quincy, and Truman State. Hannibal-LaGrange is a NAIA program out of the American Midwest Conference.

• Lindenwood trails the all-time series with Hannibal-LaGrange by a 14-13 margin. The two programs have met just once though since 1998, with the Lions winning in overtime by a 69-61 score during the 2009-10 season. One of the Lions' top players in that game was Richard Rose who scored 14 points. Rose was inducted into the Lindenwood Sports Hall of Fame last month.

Lindenwood Notes
• Lindenwood fell in the opener of their Canadian trip to Simon Fraser by an 81-73 score. The Lions overcame a 15-point deficit to take the lead in the second half, but they were outscored 11-3 in the final four minutes of the game.

• In game two against the Clan, the Lions fell 73-72. Lindenwood had a shot at the buzzer, but couldn't get it to fall. Simon Fraser shot slightly better in the game and hit two more three-pointers.

• Lindenwood held Douglas to just 19 first-half points, and it won the third game of its trip by an 88-51 score. Douglas shot just 27.9 percent from the field in the game.

• In its final game in Canada, Lindenwood shot over 50 percent from the field and scored over 50 points in each half in a 108-73 victory over Langara.

Dominique Dobbs averaged a double-double during the Canadian trip, putting up 16.3 points and 10.3 rebounds a game. He had two double-doubles on the trip, and now has three on the season. Dobbs has missed one other double-double by a field goal, and another one by one rebound.

• Lindenwood is averaging 82.1 points a game this season, an improvement of 13.5 points over last year's squad.
• Lindenwood is allowing 68.1 points a game this year. Over the last two years, 16 of its 20 wins have come when holding opponents under 70 points.

• The Lions are one of three teams in the MIAA averaging over 10 three-pointers a game. Ten of the 12 players who have played this season have made at least two three-pointers on the year.

• Lindenwood is among the nation's leaders in fewest turnovers per game. The Lions are turning the ball over less than 10 times a game, and they have not turned it over more than 12 times in a game this season.

• The Lions are 15-4 at Hyland Arena in non-conference games since they joined the MIAA in 2012-13.

• In seven games this season, five different Lions have led the team in scoring. Nine members of the team have at least one double-figure scoring game on the year.

Jackson Price is third on the team with 11.7 points a game, and is the leading scorer off the bench. He has scored 14 or more points in four of his last five games.

• A pair of Lindenwood football quarterbacks made their debuts on the basketball team during their road trip.
Max Meylor appeared in all four games and averaged 6.5 points and 4.8 rebounds a game. Eleven of his 19 boards were on the offensive side of the court.
Mason Bendigo averaged 10.7 points and 3.3 rebounds a game. He made seven-of-10 three-point attempts.

• Lindenwood continues its homestand next Wednesday with a 7 p.m. game against Robert Morris-Springfield.

A Look At The Trojans
• Hannibal-LaGrange has two wins this season over Culver-Stockton, and also wins over St. Ambrose and St. Louis Pharmacy. Its lone loss was to Missouri Valley.

• The Trojans have one of the top defenses in NAIA Division I. They rank eighth in scoring defense, 11th in field-goal percentage defense, and 16th in turnover margin.

• Tim Pace is the team's top player. He is 11th in the nation at his level in scoring with 22.0 points a game. He also leads the team with 7.5 rebounds, 1.0 blocks, and 2.0 steals a game. One other regular is averaging double-figure points as D'Avonte Garland is putting up 11.4 points a game.

• Hannibal-LaGrange is averaging 9.4 three-pointers a game, led by Trevor Ison who has 10 three-pointers on the season.
