Thursday's Game At A Glance
• The Lindenwood men's basketball team resumes conference action on Thursday night with a 7:30 p.m. game against Northeastern State. Both teams enter the game with a 1-3 conference mark.

• The Lions have had a hot start in their post-Christmas schedule with non-conference wins over Missouri-St. Louis and Cumberland. The team is now 11-5 overall on the season.

• Northeastern State has been off since Dec. 19 when it lost to Dallas Baptist University. The RiverHawks are 2-10 on the year, and they have lost six straight games.

• Lindenwood leads the all-time series with Northeastern State by a 5-2 margin. Last season, the Lions won both games against the Riverhawks. Lindenwood won 75-63 in St. Charles and 75-69 in Tahlequah. Lindenwood is 2-1 all-time against Northeastern State in Hyland Arena.

• Lindenwood enters the contest ranked fifth in the MIAA and 50th in NCAA Division II in scoring defense. The Lions are allowing just 69.1 points a contest. They will be going against a Northeastern State team that is second-to-last in the MIAA by scoring 63.5 points a game.

Lindenwood Notes
• Lindenwood shot 100 percent from the free-throw line against Cumberland by going 22-for-22. It was the seventh time in program history that it had shot at least 10 free throws without a miss in a game. The 22 made free throws were the most among those seven contests, 10 more than the previous high.

• Lindenwood is now 27th nationally in free-throw percentage with a .767 mark.
Brenon Larson-Gulsvig is 38th nationally with a .889 mark. Its top five players in terms of minutes are all shooting above 77 percent.

• The duo of
Chandler Diekvoss and
Dominique Dobbs had 40 points and 13 rebounds against Cumberland. The pair combined to shoot 76.4 percent from the field, and each player was seven-of-seven at the free-throw line. Dobbs did not miss a shot as he also made all five field goals he attempted.

Chandler Diekvoss has scored over 20 points in both games since Christmas. He now has seven games this season with 20 or more points, and the Lions are 7-0 in those games.

Dominique Dobbs is first in the MIAA and third in NCAA Division II with eight double-doubles on the season. He has two already in his first four MIAA games.

LJ McIntosh has scored in double-figures in each of the last two games. He has made six three-pointers in that span, including his 100th career three-pointer. He now has 103 as a Lion.

Max Meylor has started the last two games for the Lions, his first two starts of the season. He is second on the team in rebounds per minute, and is second with 17 offensive rebounds. Meylor has grabbed 16.9 percent of the offensive rebounds when he is on the court.

• Lindenwood's current roster consists of five freshmen, three sophomores, two juniors, and two seniors. The freshmen and sophomores have combined for 78.4 percent of the team's scoring, and 76.1 percent of the team's rebounding.

• The Lions rank third in the MIAA with 8.9 three-pointers a game. Three players,
LJ McIntosh,
Jackson Price, and
Brenon Larson-Gulsvig, have at least 25 three-pointers this season. Every player on the roster except for two have at least two makes on the year.

• Lindenwood is second in the MIAA and 26th nationally by turning the ball over just 11.4 times a game. Point guard
Adam Pohlman is averaging 3.3 assists per game, and he has a 2.3 assist-to-turnover ratio.

A Look At The RiverHawks
• Northeastern State is 2-10 overall and 1-3 in the MIAA. Its MIAA victory came over Missouri Western on Nov. 30 with a 55-41 win.

• Montre' Williams leads the team with 15.6 points a game. He also has a team-high 31 three-pointers on the year. Cameron Martin and Karon Waller are also double-figure scorers.

• Braxton Williams is the team's top rebounder with 4.8 boards a game, and he is also the team leader with 20 steals. Montre' Williams has a team-best 30 assists, and Erick Broadnax has blocked 18 shots this season.

• The RiverHawks are looking for its first win away from the Northeastern State Event Center. They are 0-6 this season in away and neutral contests.
