Things to Know
• The Lindenwood men's basketball team will play two games in two days from Mankato, Minn. on Nov. 9-10. The Lions will face Minnesota State on Friday evening, before taking on No. 18 St. Cloud State on Saturday afternoon.
• Lindenwood has faced Minnesota State just once before in its program history, on Nov. 10, 2013 in Anaheim, Calif. The Mavericks defeated the Lions by a final score of 85-77.
• Lindenwood and St. Cloud State met for the only time in program history to open the 2014-15 season in Las Vegas, Nev. on Nov. 14, 2014. The Huskies previaled by a final score of 65-58.
• The Lions secured victories in two of their three games to open the 2018-19 season at the Division II Tip-Off Classic from Orange, Calif. on Nov. 2-4.
• Lindenwood took down Azusa Pacific, who was receiving votes in the national polls, in its season-opening contest on Nov. 2, winning the game by a 16-point margin.
• The Lions trailed Azusa Pacific at halftime by nine points, but outscored the Cougars by 25 points in the second half to claim the victory.

Chris King came off of the bench to score 28 points in his Lindenwood debut against Azusa Pacific. King connected on 8-of-9 from behind the three-point arc, and 10-of-14 overall to lead the team in scoring.
• Lindenwood dropped its second game of the season to fourth-ranked, West Texas A&M, by a final score of 65-62. The Lions had two attempts to tie the game with three-pointers in the final seconds, but were unable to get the tying bucket.
• Senior
Drew Moore had a monster performance for Lindenwood against West Texas A&M, posting career-high totals in points (20) and rebounds (15) for his first double-double as a Lion.
• Lindenwood rebounded with a 13-point victory over Embry-Riddle in its final game out West on Nov. 4. The Lions led the game for the final 32 minutes, and saw their lead extend to as many as 19 points during the second half.

Brad Newman paced Lindenwood with a team-high 17-point performance against Embry-Riddle, his ninth-straight game with at least 10 points dating back to last season.
Lindenwood Notes
• King currently leads Lindenwood in scoring with an average of 16.3 points per game. King's eight three pointers during his Lindenwood debut tied him with Cory Arentsen for the most three-pointers made in a game in program history.

Diego Womack had a career-high 14-point performance on Nov. 4 against Embry-Riddle. Womack hit seven of his nine field-goal attempts, and also grabbed three offensive boards.

Nicklas Jonsson was a perfect 4-of-4 from the field against Embry-Riddle, including makes on all three of his three-point attempts. Jonsson is 5-of-5 from three-point range to begin the season.

TJ Crockett had the sixth double-digit scoring performance of his career against Embry-Riddle. Crockett knocked down 5-of-9 from the field to finish with 11 points.
• The Lions had six players score in double-figures during their win over Embry-Riddle, the first time a Lindenwood team has done that since December 11, 2013, a span of 142 games.
• Lindenwood had three different leading scorers (King, Moore, Newman) through its first three games this season.
• Lindenwood had seven different leading scorers during the 2017-18 campaign, with Newman leading the team in scoring a team-high 12 times.

Adam Pohlman grabbed a career-high 11 rebounds against Azusa Pacific on Nov. 2. Pohlman led Lindenwood in assists in each of its first three games.

Chandler Diekvoss led the team in steals twice last weekend, posting a career-high four-steal effort on Nov. 3 versus West Texas A&M.
• Diekvoss went for 15 points (6-of-8 FG) and eight rebounds against Embry-Riddle, his first double-figure scoring effort of the season.
• Following its win over Azusa Pacific, the Lions have now won all four of their season openers under the direction of head coach
Lance Randall.
• With its two wins in Orange, Calif., Lindenwood improved its all-time November record under head coach

• Lindenwood will play 12 of its first 14 games away from Hyland Arena, including the first seven games of the season. Lindenwood will play in St. Charles, Mo. just three times before January 3, 2019.
