Box Score The Lindenwood baseball team lost 8-0 to Missouri Western on Friday afternoon in St. Joseph, Mo. in the series-deciding game.

The two teams had strong pitching through the first five innings of play as the score stayed tied at 0-0.  Missouri Western scored two runs in the bottom of the sixth on two hits and an error by the Lions.  The Griffons scored three runs in the bottom of the seventh and three more in the bottom of the eighth to take an 8-0 lead and held on for the win.
