Things to Know
• The Lindenwood men's basketball team will return home following a three-game road stretch, on Saturday afternoon in St. Charles, Mo. The Lions will take on the Bellarmine Knights at 3:00 p.m. from Hyland Arena.
• Lindenwood enters Saturday on a three-game losing streak, after dropping its most recent game to No. 23 UIndy, 79-67. At home against conference opponents this season, the Lions own a 2-0 record.
• Lindenwood sits at 8-6 through the first 14 game of the season. The Lions have faced three ranked opponents this season, losing by single-digits in two of the three games.
• Lindenwood and Bellarmine met earlier this season, with the Lions coming up short in an 81-73 loss. Lindenwood led Bellarmine, 42-34, at halftime in the game before being outscored by 16 in the second half.
• Following its game against Bellarmine, the Lions will face off against No. 23 Missouri-St. Louis at home in the Hyland Arena. The Lions dropped their first matchup with the Tritons this season, 93-69, on Dec. 3. The last Lindenwood victory in the series came in 2016, in an 86-77 home win.

TJ Crockett led the Lions with 18 points scored against UIndy on Thursday afternoon. The scoring output gave Crockett his team-leading 13th double-digit scoring game of the season.
• Crockett also finished the game against UIndy with a team-high eight rebounds. The eight rebounds ties for the second-highest total of the season for Crockett, with his highest output being ten rebounds against Florida Southern earlier in the season.
• Crockett continues to lead the GLVC in scoring at 21.6 PPG. He is one of two players in the conference to average over 20 points per game.
• Crockett went 4-4 from the free throw line against the Greyhounds, increasing his free throw percentage to 89.7 on the season. He is second in the conference in free throw percentage.

Vijay Blackmon is second on the team with 16.7 PPG. Against the Greyhounds, Blackmon went for 15 points, including a 7-8 showing at the free throw line.
• Blackmon is eighth in the GLVC in scoring, and he and Crockett are the only pair of teammates to be in the top-10 for scoring in the conference.
• Blackmon finished the game with his highest-assist total of the season with five. He has six games this season with at least four assists.

Anthony Christian scored ten points on Thursday afternoon, for his second-straight double-digit scoring performance of the season, and his fifth in the last six games. Christian is averaging 12.8 PPG in his last six games.

Cameron Scales has made at least two three-point shots in a game in 11 of 14 games this season. His season-high in threes came against Bellarmine earlier this season, when he went 6-9 from beyond the arc.
• The Lions lead the GLVC in scoring with 83.7 points per game. The Lions are 6-2 in games where they score at least 80 points. Lindenwood has scored at least 90 points in five games in the 2019-20 season, and the team is 4-1 in those games. The sole loss for the Lions when scoring at least 90 points came against top-25 Florida Southern on the road on Dec. 7.

Scouting the Competition

• Bellarmine is led by Alex Cook, who is averaging 16.2 points per game, while shooting 53.8 percent from the field.
• Bellarmine has been a strong defensive team over the course of the season, as the Knights are top-two in scoring defense in the GLVC, and are outscoring opposing teams at a conference-best 21.3 margin.
