Cycling posted solid results at the Lindsey Wilson Mountain Bike Showdown September 25-26 in Columbia, Kentucky.  

Grant Lampson had one of the best finishes for the Lions as he won the dual slalom and took sixth in the downhill competition.  Skylar Schaetz took sixth in the dual slalom and seventh in downhill.  Anika Kemp was close behind in ninth place in the downhill event.  Thomas Fuller earned a fifth place finish in a strong field of riders on a hilly and technical course.

The event was a combined Midwest Collegiate Cycling Conference and Southeast Collegiate Cycling Conference competition.  

Lindenwood cycling returns to action at the High Country Collegiate Mountain Bike Challenge hosted by Lees-McRae College October 2-3 in Banner Elk, North Carolina.
