Cycling finished fifth and
Dillon Geary took first place in the Men's All-American competition at the USA Cycling Collegiate Road National Championships May 3-5 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Lions earned 330 points after three days of competition, just seven points behind SCAD – Atlanta in fourth place.

Meanwhile, Geary finished with 185 points based on his performances in the Team Time Trial, Road Race, and Criterium to earn the top spot ahead of Vaughn Veenendale from Colorado Mesa in second place with 168 points and Jonas Walton from Belmont Abbey in third with 166 points. The top eight riders were named All-Americans.
Riley Wrightsman finished 17
th in the standings with 102 points.
Kaya Schroeder was the top Lion in Women's All-American competition, taking 21
st with 88 points.
Competition began on Friday with the Team Time Trials. The Lindenwood men's squad of Geary,
Brody Burnham,
Riley Wrightsman, and
Mac Shindell earned a spot on the podium, finishing third with a time of 35:31.36 behind Fort Lewis College in second and Marian University in first. The Lindenwood women's squad of
Megan Lester,
Ajay Baker,
Mya Dixon, and Schroeder took eighth with a time of 45:01.14.
The Road Races took place on Saturday with Geary earning a men's podium spot in fifth place with a time of 2:22:59, just two seconds behind the event winner. Wrightsman was 25

rd.
Jakob Craig and
Asa Black followed and crossed the finish line among a group of 18 riders.
Schroeder was the high Lion in the Women's Road Race, taking 21
st with a time of 3:08:59. Dixon,
Jordan Austin,
Ella Dishong, Baker,
Abby Bratvold, Lester, and
Emma Balding all crossed the finish line in a pelaton of 21 riders.
Competition wrapped up on Sunday with the Criteriums. Geary was the top Lion in the men's event once again, taking 10
th place with a time of 1:20:46. Wrightman was close behind in 21
st, with Black and
Bradley Bosman crossing the finish line among a group of 25 riders.
Baker earned the top spot for the Lions in the women's race, finishing 21
st with a time of 1:14:22. Schroeder was right behind in 22
nd, with Austin taking 27
th, Bratvold 30
th, and Lester 31
st.
