The Lindenwood swimming and diving team's both finished in 7
th place in the team competition at the 2022 NCAA Division II National Championships in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Lindenwood women's team finished with 213 points, 18 point behind West Chester who finished with 231 points. The men's team compiled 216 points, only 9 points out of the top 5. Queens University in North Carolina swept both the men's and women's national championships.

After the evening swims on Friday night, the Lindenwood's men's team remains in 6
th place in team standings with 156 points, while the women moved up a couple of spots to 7

The Lions got off to fast start with both the men's and women's team in the top seven following Day 1. Behind two individual evening swims, one diver and scoring in both relays on Day 1, the men's team sits in 6
th place. The women's team is in 7
th, but had the highest race finish as the 200 free relay used a strong anchor leg from senior
Lexie Winnett to finish in 2
nd.

- Men's 200 Medley Relay – Matheo Mateos-Mongelos, Jerry Brown, Patryk Winiatowski and Zach Linder (1:27.49) – 10th on the night as Linder fought back on the anchor leg passing Nova Southeastern and was barely out-touched by Wingate who finished 0.01 seconds ahead of the Lions.

- Men's 200 IM – Mateos-Mongelos (1:46.19) – 4th
- Men's 1 Meter Diving – David Molina-Fregenal (427.10) – 5th
- Men's 200 Free Relay – Linder, Winiatowski, Krastev, Brown (1:19.95) – 11th – Brown held on to beat a hard charging Florida Southern team by 0.01 seconds to capture 12 team points for the Lions..
Women's Top Performances:
- Women's 1000 – Jana Hellenschmidt (10:13.08) 13th place, but shaved over 7 seconds off her seed time
- Women's 200 IM – Lyssa Wood (2:04.66) – 16th
- Women's 50 Free – Joselle Mensah (23.22) – 11th ; McKayla Siemiller (23.38) – 15th
- Women's 200 Free Relay – Stephanie Marks, Siemiller, Mensah, Lexie Winnett (1:32.16) – 2nd Lindenwood was tied with Drury heading in to the final leg, but senior Winnett outpaced the Panthers to gain second place
