The Lindenwood swimming and diving squads took part in the CSCAA NIC Championships over the weekend as 12 men and five women represented the Lions against some of the best talent across the country. The men's team took sixth place.

DAY ONE HIGHLIGHTS

• The team of Elliott Irwin, Patryk Winiatowski, Ondrej Dusa and Kaleb Shive finished sixth in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay, compiling a time of 1:20.67
• Elliott Irwin took eighth place in the 50 Yard Butterfly, with a time of 21.46
• Elliott Irwin finished sixth in the 50 Yard Freestyle, compiling a time of 20.12
• Johan Cue Carrillo took second place in the 50 Yard Breaststroke, coming in at 23.99, a tenth of a second off first place
• Mattia Giurgevich finished sixth in the same event, earning a time of 24.60
• The team of Matheo Mateos-Mongelos, Johan Cue Carrillo, Ondej Dusa and Elliott Irwin recorded a time of 3:13.11 in the 400 Yard Medley Relay, good for fourth place

DAY TWO HIGHLIGHTS

• Elliott Irwin took first in the 100 Yard Butterfly with a time of 46.62.
• Johan Cue Carrillo took second ln the 100 Yard Breaststroke, compiling a time of 52.91
• Mattia Giurgevich took ninth in the same event coming in at 54.07
• Stephanie Marks finished 15^th in the 100 Yard Backstroke with a time of 55.34
• The team of Kaleb Shive, Johan Cue Carrillo Ondrej Dusa amd Patryk Winiatowski took eighth in the 200 Yard Medley Relay with a time of 1:28.13
• Matheo Mateos-Mongelos, Vincent Jaworski, Patryk Winiatowski and Adam Szcerba took sixth in the 800 Yard Freestyle Relay, compiling a time of 6:31.49

DAY THREE HIGHLIGHTS

• Patryk Winiatowski took the top spot in the 100 Yard IM with a time of 48.23
• Stephanie Marks took 15^th in the 200 Yard Backstroke, coming in at 1:59.57
• Elliott Irwin grabbed fourth in the 100 Yard Freestyle, with a time of 43.70
• The team of Elliott Irwin, Ondrej Dusa, Patryk Winiatowski and Vincent Jaworski took fourth in the 400 Yard Freestyle Relay, earning a 2:55.88
