On Friday and Saturday, the men's and women's track and field team traveled to Nashville, Tenn., to compete at the Music City Challenge hosted at Vanderbilt University.
The Lions on the weekend had five individuals with top 6 finishes and one school record broken.
Top Women's Performances

Gabby Russina (54.86), placed fifth and broke program record
400m Hurdles – Martina Martinez (1:02.83), placed fifth

Jameel Walkes-Miller (10.51), placed third
800m –
Maxime Touron (1:52.36), placed sixth

Landon Oxford (55.55), placed sixth
