The Lindenwood baseball team is coming off a 4-0 weekend after hosting both Bradley University and the University of Nebraska Omaha. The Lions will travel to Columbia, Missouri, to face the Tigers of Mizzou on Tuesday, March 5th at 3:00 pm.
Both teams are entering the game 5-6 overall. The Tigers are coming off a 1-2 weekend after hosting Northern Kentucky at Taylor Stadium. In Friday's game, Mizzou lost 3-1, won 28-10 in seven innings on Saturday and lost 16-15 on Sunday.
It's a short history between the two teams. In both meetings, last season, Mizzou claimed the victory. In their last game on March 29, 2023, the Tigers narrowly won 7-5.
