QUOTABLE
"Really proud of the character and compete in our guys. We were down early and had a couple of bad bounces and defensive miscues. The comeback all started with our goaltender,
Owen Bartoszkiewicz, shutting the door," said head coach
Bill Muckalt. "The second period was the turning point in our game. A lot of guys stepped up and made some big plays.
Noah Houle was fantastic for us, scoring two goals and
Tyler Loughman had a great forecheck and got rewarded going to the net and was the difference in the game," said Muckalt.
Muckalt would conclude by saying "I thought our penalty kill was outstanding. Our composure as a group in the third period, to hang on for the victory was a big factor. I was very impressed with Notre Dame and tomorrow night is going to be another big test."
