• The Lions will open the 2025 season at home against Rockhurst
• The Black and Gold are currently receiving votes in the AVCA poll
• The Hawks are a first-year program led by head coach Corey Marks
• This is the first time Lindenwood has opened a season at home since 2021
• Last season, the Lions had one of their best in program history finishing the year with 16 wins, their most since 2014
• Lindenwood ended the year ranked 16^th nationally and earned a ranking from the AVCA for the first time in program history.
• The Black and Gold advanced all the way to the MIVA Championship game
• Ian Schuller will be a key returner for Lindenwood as he was named to the preseason All-MIVA team
• A year ago, Schuller was named honorable mention All-American. Last season, he earned Defensive Player of the Week honors one time during the year and his 183 digs led the team. He compiled 319 kills during the season, second most on the team on his way to garnering second-team all-conference honors.

• Head coach Joe Kosciw enters his eighth season at the helm of the program and his 12th at Lindenwood.

2025 OUTLOOK
The Lindenwood men's volleyball team currently has 15 matchups against ranked teams on its 2025 schedule. The squad was picked to finished sixth in the Midwest Intercollegiate Volleyball Association Preseason Poll earning 38 points. Ian Schuller returns for the Lions. A year ago, Schuller earned Defensive Player of the Week honors one time during the year and his 183 digs led the team. He compiled 319 kills during the season, second most on the team on his way to garnering second-team all-conference honors.
