College Sport Communicators (CSC) announced their 2025 Women's Soccer Academic All-District Team on Tuesday morning, with five Lindenwood student-athletes being selected. Those Lions earning the honor include
Ava Blum,
Jessica Dodd,
Anna Johnson,
Allison Schrumpf, and
Lily Sutter.
Ava Blum, a senior midfielder from St. Louis, is a Business Administration major with a 3.87 GPA. Blum was a steady presence in the LU midfield, starting all 20 games and posting four points on one goal and two assists.
Jessica Dodd, a defender from Ballwin, Missouri, is a Nursing major with a 3.91 GPA. Dodd made 19 starts in as many appearances this season, anchoring the Lindenwood defense and scoring her first career goal with a game-winner in the Lions' comeback win over Southern Indiana.
Anna Johnson, a junior forward from Oswego, Illinois, is a Sport Management major with a perfect 4.0 GPA. On the field, she led the Lions with 12 points on a team-high five goals and two assists during the 2025 season.
Allison Schrumpf, a junior defender from St. Louis, is a Data Science major with a cumulative GPA of 3.94. She was named to the 2025 All-OVC second team after starting all 20 games on the LU back line, helping the Lions limit their opponents to less than one goal per game (0.95).
Lily Sutter, a senior forward from Dunlap, Illinois, is a Business Administration major with a 3.56 GPA. She started all 20 games for the Lions this season, logging 1,558 minutes played while posting three points on a goal and an assist. She was tied for third on the team with 31 total shots.
The 2025 Academic All-District® Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
